Virgin Chi Chi

Glass Type: Red Wine Glass

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Vodka
4 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Cream of Coconut
10 cube Ice
1 slices Pineapple
1 qty Maraschino Cherries

Directions

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a blender.  Blend until smooth.  Pour into a chilled red wine glass.  Garnish with the pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.
